We are seeking an experienced support operator for our Saudi Arabian edition who will work closely with our Arabic site manager. The successful candidate will be part of a wider international team and will be required to handle the website’s support requests, moderate the users’ comments and conduct a number of daily maintenance tasks.
This role will be carried out during CET office hours, working from home, and on the basis of a freelance contract.
Required timetable:
First 3 months – Mon-Thur (9:00-18:00) + Fri-Sun (9:00-13:00)
After 3 months – Sun-Thur (9:00-18:00)
Key responsibilities:
- User ticket support
- User comment moderation
- Site and feed checks
- Content management tasks
Requirements
- Native Arabic reader and writer
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broad-based understanding of the local and global financial markets
- Customer support background
- High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Customer service experience in the financial field
- Experience in website management
