Arabic Website Support Operator

International Operations // Cairo //

We are seeking an experienced support operator for our Saudi Arabian edition who will work closely with our Arabic site manager. The successful candidate will be part of a wider international team and will be required to handle the website’s support requests, moderate the users’ comments and conduct a number of daily maintenance tasks.

This role will be carried out during CET office hours, working from home, and on the basis of a freelance contract.

Required timetable:

First 3 months – Mon-Thur (9:00-18:00) + Fri-Sun (9:00-13:00)

After 3 months – Sun-Thur (9:00-18:00)

Key responsibilities:

  • User ticket support
  • User comment moderation
  • Site and feed checks
  • Content management tasks

Requirements

  • Native Arabic reader and writer
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Broad-based understanding of the local and global financial markets
  • Customer support background
  • High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Customer service experience in the financial field
  • Experience in website management
