We are seeking an experienced manager from the online media industry to be a group leader of our European websites and apps. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the financial markets and as part of a wider international team will be in charge of managing a number of European team members as well as functioning as the main point of contact to our headquarters.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop a group of European website managers
- Monitor and analyse the group’s performance, develop growth plans and ensure execution
- Serve as single point of contact between the group and the headquarters’ various departments (Global Operations, SEO, Product, Marketing, Business Development and Sales)
- Facilitate the group’s work and improve work process efficiency
- Onboarding and training employees
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ experience as manager in an international environment
- Solid understanding and interest in the financial markets
- 3+ years’ experience working in online media operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, can-do and problem-solving attitude
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Goal and business oriented management
- Proficiency in English
And it would be even better if you had:
- Experience in markets trading
- Knowledge of SEO, SMO, Digital marketing
- Experience in remote management of team members
