Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is on the lookout for a full-time Financial Post-Editor (Remote, during European trading hours) to work with our Content team and assist in assuring quality and smooth operations and enriching our content. This role is primarily working with machine translations and doing full post-editing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Using software to translate articles from different languages into English
• Post-editing of financial articles
• Producing accurate translations with consistently correct terminology, improving style and fluency as necessary, as well as fixing grammatical mistakes
• Working extensively within content management systems
• Collaborating with news and analysis editorial teams

What you’ll bring:

• Mother tongue-level US English plus a working knowledge of at least one other language (Spanish, German, French, Italian etc.)
• 1+ years of experience in translation
• 1+ years of experience in editing
• Good knowledge of US and global financial markets
• Experience editing financial/investing material in a digital environment
• Curiosity and strong research skills
• Ability to be nimble and work to deadlines, without losing focus
• Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new systems quickly
• Fastidious attention to detail
