Investing.com is looking for an IT Manager who lives and breathes IT, has high service awareness and strong managerial skills.

In this position you’ll lead all aspects of the company’s IT WW.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maximize the IT services for investing employees WW
• Manage the IT specialists team
• Be responsible for the day-to-day operation – in order to provide excellent service to our employees
• Prevent tickets and create deflection through processes and automation
• Be responsible for service KPIs and meet target SLAs
• Mentor your team leaders and be a focal for IT-related projects
• Work with external vendors for computer supply chain – from budget to effective supply chain
• Manage the inventory of IT equipments
• Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and Ticket Support center)
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia and telecommunications systems
• Support IT purchasing upon demand
• Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on client questions and problems
• Follow standard IT procedures, logging all IT interactions and administering helpdesk software
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Identify situations requiring urgent attention

What you’ll bring:  

• Managerial experience
• At least 4 years experience as a Help Desk / IT Support
• High customer orientation skills
• Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops, Servers)
• Experience with handling IT tasks on MacOS and Windows OS
• IT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active directory, O365, G-Suite)
• Well experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as internet browsers, printing, Antivirus etc
• Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan / Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Ability to manage inventory
• Communication skills for interfacing with employees in a multitasking environment
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Fluent Hebrew & English
