Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 4-6 agents working in shifts:
- Monitoring their performance
- Monitoring their productivity
- Maintaining the flow of support tickets from report to solution
- Work with multiple departments to ensure a smooth solution of issues
Requirements
- Previous experience with managing T1/T2 support departments.
- Previous experience with troubleshooting problems on mobile (Android, iOS) + web (Windows, Mac) environments.
- Familiar with financial markets on a basic-intermediate level.
- Previous experience with Zendesk and Jira. * Advantage
- Personal features: Fast learner, result-driven, detail-oriented, communication skills, advanced English.
