Investing.com is on a mission to revolutionize our tech stack, and is now looking for an exceptional R&D Team Lead to lead the development, redesign, refactor and restructure of complex, scalable systems that reach millions of people around the globe.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Hands-on leading a team of Full-Stack developers and QA
• Be responsible for people’s professional and personal growth and well being
• Programming new features and maintaining and refactoring existing code
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integrate various data solutions

What you’ll bring:

• At least 4 years of Managerial experience 
• At least 10 years of proven software development experience 
• 3+ years of solid experience with our tech stack ( Node.js, TypeScript, Go and React, Angular or Vue.js)
• Deep understanding of OOP/OOD, SOLID and DRY
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Deep understanding of asynchronous concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Delivery oriented and passionate about delivering rock-solid, high-quality scalable software on tight schedules 
• Deep understanding fundamental application design principles 
• Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent programming, debugging, and implementation skills
• Knowledge with accessibility and security compliance
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and passionate about mentoring Agile implementation
• Experience with one or more of the following tools: Elastic Search, Cassandra, Scylla, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MemSQL and Redis 
• Independent, self-learner, team player, versatile, capability of taking ownership
