Investing.com is looking to hire a highly motivated Financial Support Specialist for our growing Customer Support team.

What you’ll be doing:

· Managing support queries via tickets/chat/app reviews for our premium and free products

· Processing multiple requests on various platforms – Web, Android & iOS

· Work with product, R&D, international desk, and more

What you’ll bring:

· Exceptional knowledge of the financial markets and financial reports analysis

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

· Previous experience as a customer support agent – Strong Advantage for premium users support

· Ability to work in flexible hours

· Familiarity with ZenDesk (or other CRM platforms)

· Familiarity with web and app environments on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)

Mandatory requirements:

· Proven experience in fundamental analysis of financial reports – 2 years min.

· Bachelor/MBA in finance

· Knowledge/experience in financial markets or Trading

· High analytical skills
