We are seeking a proactive and strategic Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our influencer marketing efforts in the English speaking markets. This pivotal cross-functional role is essential for expanding our outreach, improving performance, and driving revenue growth through tailored strategies aligned with local execution.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to build and strengthen relationships with new and existing English financial content creators, designing optimized campaigns and boosting cross-platform visibility and conversions. Own the optimization strategy, including performance analysis and ROI-focused initiatives, while collaborating with marketing, data, and product to execute high-impact strategies and tasks that resonate with the audience and foster our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Expand Our Partner Network: Develop and implement strategies to expand our network of creators and partner operations, driving subscription growth for our premium financial product, InvestingPro. Identify and engage potential trading-focused partners who can amplify our market presence in Italy.
• Enhance Relationships: Utilize your knowledge and experience to build and nurture relationships with key partners, strengthening our partnership programs and scaling our reach.
• Day-to-Day AI Usage: Leverage AI tools to analyze & optimize trends and ensure data-driven marketing performance.
• Content Compliance: Review and refine partner and influencer content briefs for English-speaking markets, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, campaign goals, and performance objectives. Provide strategic, actionable feedback, identify potential compliance or brand risks, and support content revisions to deliver on-brand, high-performing assets.
• Campaign performance: Manage end-to-end campaign tracking, including timeline oversight and link metric analysis, to ensure all influencer initiatives meet growth and ROI targets.
• Most of your work will be with creators from the US/Canada – build your work day accordingly.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating and managing partnership programs, ideally in the financial sector
• Active trading & investing experience
• Passionate about working with creators and growing with them
• Strong operational and strategic skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native) and Spanish. 
• Proven track record in brand growth via partnerships 
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to exceeding performance metrics and driving growth
• A team player with a desire for professional growth
• Experience working with AI
