What you’ll be doing:

• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Focal point for team members (from personal to professional issues)
• Leading and managing a team of ad operations – training, employee evaluation etc.
• Ensuring timely and accurate campaign launches
• Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure successful campaign execution
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to ad operations
• Setting clear team goals and prioritization
• Delegating tasks and setting deadlines for the team
• Developing and implementing processes and best practices for ad operations
• Focal point for VIP customers
• Suggest and organize team-building activities

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in advertising operations
• 2+ years of experience in leading and managing a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive and can-do attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Lead by a good example
• Organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines
