Investing.com is looking to hire a highly motivated Customer Support Agent for our growing Customer Support team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing support queries via tickets/chat/app reviews:
• T1 assistance with the available internal admins
• Escalation of issues to T2/T3 
• Processing multiple requests on various platforms – Web, Android & iOS
• Work with product, development, and international desks teams

What you’ll bring:

• Degree in Economics / Finance / Management / English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Previous experience as a customer support agent – Strong Advantage for premium users support

• Familiarity with ZenDesk (or other CRM platforms)

• Familiarity with web and app environments on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)

• Ability to work in flexible hours
