We are looking to hire a highly motivated Financial Support Specialist for our growing Customer Support team.
This role is offered on a 40-hour per week basis via an ongoing freelance contract.
What you’ll do;
- Manage support queries via tickets/chat/app reviews for our premium and free products
- Processing multiple requests on various platforms – Web, Android & iOS
- Work with product, R&D and international desk to give a full picture service
- Assist with hardcore financial questions of our premium products, either from newbies or from very experienced users
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in fundamental analysis of financial reports
- Knowledge or experience in financial markets or trading
- Strong analytical skills
- Superior learning capabilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Previous experience as a customer support agent
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Familiarity with ZenDesk (or other CRM platforms)
- Familiarity with web and app environments on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
And it would be even better if you had:
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Work experience in a global website support environment
- High level of organizational skills
