Financial Customer Support- Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 4-6 agents working in shifts:
  • Monitoring their performance
  • Monitoring their productivity
  • Maintaining the flow of support tickets from report to solution
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure a smooth solution of issues

Requirements

  • Previous experience with managing T1/T2 support departments.
  • Previous experience with troubleshooting problems on mobile (Android, iOS) + web (Windows, Mac) environments.  
  • Familiar with financial markets on a basic-intermediate level.
  • Previous experience with Zendesk and Jira. * Advantage  
  • Personal features: Fast learner, result-driven, detail-oriented, communication skills, advanced English.
