German & French Website Support Operator

International Operations // Berlin // Full-time

We are seeking an entry-level support operator for our French and German editions who will work closely with our French and German Site Managers. The successful candidate will be part of a wider international team and will be required to handle the two website’s support requests, moderate the users’ comments and conduct a number of daily maintenance tasks.

This role will be carried out during CET office hours, working from home, and on the basis of a freelance contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • User ticket support
  • User comment moderation
  • Site & feed checks


  • Fluent in German & French at native level in reading and writing
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Broad-based understanding of global financial markets
  • Customer support background
  • High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

And it would be advantageous if you had:

  • Customer service experience in the financial field
  • Experience in website management
