HRBP – replacement for MLA for 1 year

Investing.com, a leading global financial news and data platform, is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, deliver end-to-end HR solutions, and help drive our people strategy across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in your assigned business units.
  • Provide high-touch HR partnership and advisory services at all levels of the organization.
  • Consult and coach managers on people-related matters to strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • Plan and implement cross-organizational HR initiatives focused on creating a positive and engaging employee experience.
  • Build organizational development infrastructure to support business growth and evolving needs.
  • Lead and coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Identify and deliver effective HR services, including talent management and development, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement strategies.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background as an HRBP in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Proven experience managing business units and driving HR initiatives in dynamic organizations.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing HR processes and organizational development programs.
  • Experience in providing ongoing support and guidance to managers, with a strong ability to influence and partner with leadership.
  • A proven track record in enabling learning and development opportunities.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships across all levels and functions.
  • Sharp instincts for maintaining a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Practical common sense, a can-do attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills with minimal need for supervision.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
