investing.com is looking to hire a highly motivated, best-in-class IT Specialist for our global IT support team.

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide service to our employees among frontal, remote, and over-the-phone technical support, install new hardware and software, and be responsible for the administration of the company’s computers, printers, and related equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and participate in IT projects
• Setup install and troubleshoot various IT environments
• Manage the complete IT onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up and deactivating accounts across multiple platforms and tools
• Manage Service desk and support IT requests
• Follow up with users to ensure issues/problems/questions are solved and answered
• Follow and document internal IT procedures
• IT automation and management across multiple operating systems
• Search and implementation of new technologies and solutions for IT. Participation and proposal of new projects.

What you’ll bring:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as an IT person. 
• Experience supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems – Must (Linux –  advantage)
• Experience managing Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Office 365, AD on-premise, and Azure AD. FortiGate Firewalls – advantage.
• Experience with networking, security, and virtualization (VMware) – advantage
• Experience in IT automation and management across multiple operating systems
• Experience with scripting in PowerShell or Python is a big advantage
• Ability to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
• Search and implementation of new technologies and solutions for IT. Participation and proposal of new projects.
• Highly motivated and tech-savvy with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• High-level English – Verbal & Writing
