We are looking for an experienced Japanese financial markets website manager to join our Global Operations team, based at our Shenzhen office. The successful candidate will be part of a wider international team and will be required to develop the website’s growth, write & edit news stories and manage the daily site maintenance.
Some of what you’ll do:
- Seeking partnerships & strategic deals to increase traffic & broaden brand awareness
- Maximize traffic performance by integrating content, partnerships and social media activities
- Write news stories on a range of financial market topics
- Editing of news stories & analyses
- Monitor localization & language QAs
- Social Media promotion
- Seek new news and analysis sources
- Website & app QA
- Traffic analysis and optimization
Requirements
What you'll bring:
- Native level Japanese language skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Journalistic background
- Broad-based understanding of covering global financial markets, and experience in covering them
- Proficiency in English
- The ability to learn to use software and platforms rapidly
- High level of motivattion with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
And it would be even better if you had:
- Editing experience
- Experience as a digital content manager
