Office Manager – Maternity Leave Coverage
Investing.com, the leading global financial platform, is seeking for an enthusiastic and creative Office Manager as a maternity leave replacement, who will be part of a wider international team. This position will be a contract position. A hybrid work model.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and organising office supplies, and equipment procurement.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- Maintaining employee working records.
- Being the focal point between labour service company / HQ.
- Managing employee’s monthly salary processes + accrued holidays.
- Focal point to employees/freelancers and assisting team needs.
- Organising and managing internal events, social programs, and contact with suppliers.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in office management including payroll administration and accounting.
- A good understanding of Spanish employment law and regulatory frameworks.
- Good at structural thinking and problem-solving.
- Positive attitude, hands-on approach, and efficient working methods and make sure everything at the office runs smoothly.
- Strong common sense, combined with a can-do approach.
- Strong communication skills.·
- Fluent in English – MUST.
