Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist – Sales Pipeline to join our B2B Sales and Partnership team.
This role focuses on operational and sales execution of B2B leads and sales opportunities, covering inbound and outbound activities. You will be responsible for lead qualification, allocation, pipeline entry, outreach operations, reporting, and day-to-day optimization of lead-generation processes across the full sales cycle. This is a hands-on operational role, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
This is a highly execution-focused role.
You will be directly managing leads, ensuring CRM accuracy, and handling day-to-day pipeline operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage all inbound B2B leads, including lead qualification and prioritization
- Allocate qualified leads to the sales team based on defined criteria and processes
- Ensure relevant leads are accurately entered and maintained within the sales pipeline
- Support and operate outbound hunting and outreach mechanisms
- Work with third-party vendors and external partners responsible for outbound outreach
- Support the ongoing operation of the lead lifecycle, including tracking, follow-ups, and process adherence
- Build and maintain lead management boards and workflows
- Track lead performance across the customer journey and maintain clear operational visibility
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports related to lead flow and pipeline status
- Assist in mapping additional B2B verticals and growth opportunities
- Work with lead-related technologies, including AI and data tools used for lead generation and enrichment
- Maintain and update sales-related marketing materials such as newsletters and one-pagers
- Work with Monday.com and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment
What you’ll bring:
- 1+ year of experience in an SDR or similar lead-focused role
- Familiarity with B2B lead qualification and routing processes
- Strong operational and detail-oriented mindset
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce
- Experience with Monday.com is an advantage
- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting, and data tracking
- Tableau experience is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
