Support Agent EU

Product Operations // East Europe // Full-time

The successful candidate will be part of a wider international team and will be required to handle the website’s support requests, moderate the users’ comments, and conduct a number of daily maintenance tasks.

This role will be carried out during CET office hours, working from home, and on the basis of a freelance contract.


·        User ticket support

·        Experience in support for online companies (web and mobile)

·        Good technical understanding (web and mobile)

·        Proficiency in English

·        User comment moderation

·        Site & feed checks

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Broad-based understanding of global financial markets

·        Customer support background

·        High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

And it would be advantageous if you had:

·        Customer service experience in the financial field / Financial markets understanding.

·        Experience in website management 

·        Languages FR/DE great advantage
