Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is on the lookout for an organized and detail-oriented Customer Support and Site Operations Agent to join our Spanish/Mexico team.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our wider international team, required to handle support requests for two websites, moderate user comments, and conduct daily maintenance tasks while demonstrating excellent customer interaction skills and solid technical acumen when managing site operations.
Requires availability during CET working hours, on a remotely basis, via freelance contract.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email.
- Providing detailed information about the company’s products or services.
- Resolving product or service problems by identifying the customer’s complaint, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Overseeing and managing user interaction by moderating comments.
- Conducting regular technical checks on the site to ensure smooth operation, including language QAs.
- Maintaining and updating customer records.
- Contributing to the team effort by achieving specified results.
- Collaborating with the tech team to improve site performance and usability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Native-level proficiency in Spanish and Fluent in English, both written and spoken (other language skills are a bonus).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and customer support software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be empathetic and proactive.
- Knowledge of website troubleshooting and ability to handle stressful situations and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of motivation with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
