What you’ll be doing:

• Provide user support with a focus on web and mobile platforms
• Moderate user comments to maintain a positive community environment
• Conduct regular site and feed checks to ensure smooth operation
• Collaborate with the different stakeholders  to resolve technical issues
• Utilize your broad-based understanding of global financial markets to provide insightful support

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience of at least 1+ year in customer support, preferably in the financial field
• Strong technical understanding of web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Familiarity with website management and customer service
• High level of motivation and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in financial website management
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
